Paragon is an Australian company that consults and provides services in the area of Specialised Process Maintenance to Industrial Bulk Food Manufacturers.

Whilst not limited to, our services generally extend to Wheat Flour Milling Plants, Sugar Handling Facilities, Bakeries, Ingredients and other Cereal Processing Plants.

In particular, the Flour Milling, Baking and Sugar Handling Industries where we have a complete understanding of the Processes, Product specifications, Cleaning and Hygiene requirements, GMP and HACCP principles within the plant, Customer expectations and standards, WH&S issues and requirements, Plant Control Philosophy, Maintenance and Commissioning of equipment, and safe access methods to confined space areas.

We are familiar with BRC and other Global Standards and align our services to these requirements.

Working with your Management Team, Paragon can assist in identifying problem areas and schedule the work to be implemented by hands on trained personnel.

Our Team of Operators and Technicians are energetic and hand selected to carry out their tasks with enthusiasm and diligence.

Each employee of Paragon has an accreditation in Food Safety, and a certificate in Industrial Site WH&S.
Where applicable, they also carry the required licenses to perform their jobs safely and efficiently. These licenses would include: Confined Space Entry Level 1-3, Working at Heights, Forklift and Elevated Work Platform, and First Aid.

Each Team member has their own complete set of PPE and Food Safe workwear which includes pocket-less long sleeved and cuffed uniforms.

Paragon employees are fully conversant with the company procedures in regards to Food Safety and are trained to understand and comply with the relevant policies, permits and standards at our various customer’s sites.

This also includes equipment isolation in line with our own procedures and our customer’s policies.

All of the equipment and tooling used by Paragon Personnel is Tagged and Certified as required, and subject to regular and thorough inspection.
